Suggested text for your website
We strongly suggest doing each of these, but please do at least one. The more exposure the network gets, the better. Do what you think is necessary to make these fit into your site's format.
In the show notes:
Use the following text: "Listen to more great shows for medical students on The Vocalis Podcast Network."
In another place of your chosing:
Keeping in mind that it's location can affect its effectiveness, place one of these badges on your website. Use the following sample HTML code in your website (e.g. sidebar, footer, etc.):

Required promo
Each member must produce a promo under 25 sections in length. Members will use the promos of other podcasts in their episodes to advertise the other members' podcasts and the Network itself.
The promo is under :20 seconds in length, and has a script as follows:
"[YOUR SHOW'S NAME] [SHORT DESCRIPTION including WEB ADDRESS]. [YOUR SHOW'S NAME] is a member of the Vocalis Network, the podcast network for medical students. Please listen to our partner podcasts at Vocalis Network dot W-I-X dot com slash listen."
The use of music under the promo is fine, as long as you have permission to use it and the voiceover is perfectly audible. Sources of 'podsafe' music include http://www.musicalley.com/.

To use the promos
Insert one of the promos--see the list at left--at the end of each of your episodes. Alternatively, you can use the promo as a 'break' anywhere within your show.
Be sure to give all members' promos equal exposure by alternating their use within your shows. Cycle through them until all promos have been used, then start the cycle over again.
