About the Founders

The Vocalis Podcast Network was founded by David Etler, Ajay Major, Aleena Paul and Annie Robinson:

David Etler

Dave Etler is the executive producer of The Short Coat Podcast, a production of the students at the University of Iowa Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine. He is also a member of the Office of Student Affairs and Curriculum there. A veteran podcaster, Dave knew that reaching new audience members is a difficult and time consuming job, and thought that if a group of podcasts threw their lot in together, it would be easier to reach new listeners. With that thought, he contacted the other founding members and the Vocalis Podcast Network began to take shape.
